| Exquisite Flora captures the color and abundance of a summer garden. It was painted by Tingqua, a mid-19th century Chinese watercolorist. He maintained a studio in the port of Canton, China. Tingqua painted specifically for the Western Market. This art features indigenous Chinese flowers including peony, chrysanthemum, hydrangea, orchid, lily, morning glory, and gardenia.
