Product Description
The Universal Rule Q-boats first gained momentum in 1907, the year
Dorothy Q. and Little Rhody II
were launched. Members of the Boston Yacht Club had gathered on a snowy evening the previous January to discuss the young class, which, at that time, was small and inactive. From this meeting came the construction of at leave five Q-boats for the following season.
Dorothy Q. and Little Rhody II
were among these, and they immediately proved to be competitive racers that could range far for competition.
